The Virginia Cannabis Control Authority (CCA) has released an 82-page draft of regulations outlining how the Commonwealth's future retail marijuana industry could operate. The proposed rules cover everything from marijuana business licenses and fees to cultivation, retail stores, delivery, and other requirements.
